  • School Admission Process
    1. Notification and Availability of Application Forms:
    1. The admission process begins with a formal notification issued by the school through its website, notice boards, social media, and local advertisements. 2. Application forms are made available online and at the school office. 3. A designated timeframe is provided for parents to collect and submit forms.
    2. Submission of Application Forms:
    1. Parents must complete and submit the application form along with the required documents before the deadline. 2. Submission can be done online or in person at the school office.
    3. Required Documents
    Parents need to submit the following documents: 1. Birth Certificate of the child (issued by a competent authority). 2. Passport-size photographs of the child and parents. 3. Address proof (Aadhar card, utility bill, etc.). 4. Parent(s) ID proof (Aadhar card, passport, or any government ID). 5. Medical certificate (if required by the school). 6. Any other documents specified by the school.
    4. Entrance Test (If Applicable)
    We may conduct a basic assessment or observation session to understand the child’s readiness for preschool. This is usually informal and child-friendly, focusing on basic motor skills, communication, and social interaction.
    5. Interaction and School Visit
    Parents and children may be invited for an interaction session with teachers or school authorities. This session helps assess the child’s adaptability and allows parents to ask questions. A school tour may be provided to familiarize parents with the environment and facilities.
    6. Fee Payment
    Once admission is confirmed, parents must complete the fee payment as per the school’s fee structure. The fee includes tuition, admission charges, and a school kit (containing books, uniforms, stationery, and other essentials).
    7. Completion of Admission Formalities
    Parents must sign an admission agreement and acknowledge the school’s policies. Submission of final documents (if any) and issuance of an admission confirmation letter.
    8. Induction and Orientation
    1.The school conducts an orientation program for parents and children to help them transition smoothly. 2.Teachers introduce the curriculum, daily routines, and learning approach. 3.Parents receive guidelines on school timings, rules, and communication channels.
    9. School Kit (Included in the Fee Structure)
    The school provides a school kit as part of the fee structure, which typically includes: 1. Uniform (school dress, shoes, socks, and bag). 2.Books and learning materials. 3.Stationery (notebooks, crayons, pencils, and other supplies). 4.ID Card 5.School diary or communication notebook.
